Careers at REGREP
Overview
REGREP builds regulatory reporting infrastructure for financial institutions operating under complex EU, UK, and international regulatory frameworks. Our work sits at the intersection of regulation, data, and technology, supporting how firms operationalise supervisory reporting obligations at scale.
We are a distributed, engineering-led team focused on accuracy, robustness, and long-term maintainability, rather than short-term feature velocity. If you are interested in building systems that operate in highly regulated environments and are used by banks, investment firms, and regulated service providers, REGREP offers the opportunity to work on meaningful, technically demanding problems.
What We Work On
At REGREP, our work spans multiple regulatory and technical domains, including:
-
Regulatory reporting data models and taxonomies
-
XBRL and structured supervisory reporting formats
-
Prudential and tax reporting frameworks (e.g. IFR, CRR, CRS, CARF)
-
Operational resilience reporting and DORA Register of Information (ROI)
-
Validation, traceability, and audit-ready reporting workflows
-
API-first reporting infrastructure and integrations
Our systems are designed to be modular, extensible, and regulator-aware, supporting multiple frameworks without duplication or fragile implementations.
