CommitmentOur commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA across this website and the REGREP platform. Accessibility is treated as a build requirement rather than a remediation exercise.
MeasuresWhat we do
Pages are built with semantic structure and a single logical heading order. Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus states, and horizontally scrollable tables are focusable and labelled. Colour is never the only means of conveying information. Text contrast is measured against the AA threshold as part of the release check. Motion is finite and one-shot, and is disabled where a reduced-motion preference is set.
StatusConformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some content does not yet fully conform. We would rather name the gaps than claim a conformance we have not verified.
Known limitations, as at the date below. Some small text in secondary components has not yet been measured against the AA threshold in every state. Three pages — our terms, data processing agreement and resource centre — can require horizontal scrolling on very narrow screens below about 360 pixels. Social preview images are generic rather than page-specific. These are tracked and addressed through the ordinary release cycle rather than held for a separate remediation project.
