The European Banking Authority's frameworks cover the widest span of supervisory returns a regulated firm has to file — 51 reports in total, from COREP own funds and large exposures to FINREP financial statements, the investment-firm (IF) returns under IFR / IFPR, IPU and the Resolution templates. Each report is defined by the EBA Data Point Model and published as an XBRL taxonomy, and every national competent authority expects a submission validated against the current version before it will accept a filing.

REGREP converts the data you already hold — spreadsheets, extracts, system exports — into supervisor-ready XBRL-CSV. The engine detects the report, maps your fields to the current EBA taxonomy, runs the full set of EBA validation rules, and returns a filing package with a complete validation report. You never hand-edit a taxonomy, reconcile a data point model, or chase a rule change: the framework version is maintained for you.

Start on the free tier with a monthly test conversion on your own data, then subscribe per report — a single report, any three, or all of them — with pricing that holds whether you file once a year or amend mid-quarter. Batch and API conversion for service providers is available through Converter Pro+.

FAQ

EBA reporting questions

What is EBA XBRL reporting, and what is XBRL-CSV?
The EBA publishes each of its reporting frameworks as an XBRL taxonomy built on a Data Point Model. XBRL-CSV is the reporting format that national competent authorities accept for these submissions — the data as tabular CSV bound to the taxonomy. REGREP maps your source data to the current taxonomy and produces validated XBRL-CSV ready to file.
Which of the 51 EBA reports does REGREP cover?
All of them. The converter spans the full EBA framework — COREP, FINREP, the investment-firm (IF) returns, IPU and the Resolution templates among the 51 reports. A single-report subscription covers one report; the three-report and all-reports plans cover more, each for one regulated entity.
Do I need to understand the taxonomy to start?
No. Upload a spreadsheet or system export, or start from a REGREP template. The engine detects the report and maps your fields to the current EBA taxonomy, then runs every validation rule — you never hand-edit the taxonomy. The free tier lets you prove this on your own data with a monthly test conversion before you subscribe.

Prove it on your own COREP or FINREP file first.
