The category

Payment and transaction data, message-ready

Structured Data & Messaging is where your payment and transaction data becomes a validated, schema-correct message. It brings three related obligations onto one engine, so the same source data can be shaped for whichever supervisor or scheme needs it.

CESOP is the EU-wide reporting regime for payment service providers. PSPs record cross-border payment data and file quarterly CESOP XML to their member state, where it feeds the Central Electronic System of Payment information. REGREP maps your payment records, applies the current CESOP XSD, checks payee thresholds, and returns submission-ready XML for each member state you report to.

ISO 20022 is the global standard behind modern payment messaging — the pain and pacs message families, and the SEPA credit-transfer and direct-debit schemes built on them. REGREP generates and validates these messages against the correct message set before they leave your systems. EMIR and MiFIR transaction reporting run on the same ISO 20022 engine as scoped projects, so derivative and transaction data reaches the trade repository or competent authority in the required format. Every output is validated first: nothing is filed or sent until it passes the schema.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What does Structured Data & Messaging cover?
Three modules on one engine: CESOP reporting for payment service providers, ISO 20022 message generation and validation (including the SEPA credit-transfer and direct-debit schemes), and EMIR / MiFIR transaction reporting. CESOP is self-serve; ISO 20022 and EMIR / MiFIR are delivered as scoped projects.
How much does CESOP cost, and what is included?
CESOP starts at €1,500 per year for one member state and up to 100,000 payment records per quarter, with 5 runs a year (4 filings plus 1 correction) for one regulated entity. Higher volume of 100,000 to 1,000,000 records per quarter is €3,500 per year, replacing the base rather than adding to it; over 1,000,000 is handled as a Solution Layers engagement. Each member state is its own subscription. A free schema health-test lets you check a sample before you pay. Prices exclude VAT.
How are ISO 20022, SEPA and EMIR / MiFIR delivered?
ISO 20022 message generation and validation, including SEPA pain and pacs messaging, is delivered as a Solution Layers engagement scoped to your message set and volumes. EMIR and MiFIR transaction reporting run as scoped projects on the same ISO 20022 engine. Talk to us and we will scope the work with you.
